1. About Dream Pop Lab

Dream Pop Lab is a creative studio that designs and publishes screen-free, imaginative coloring books and activity books for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults. We sell both printed and digital products through our website and authorized partners such as Amazon and BookVault.

2. Ordering & Fulfillment

  • Print Books are produced on demand by third-party print partners (e.g., BookVault, Amazon KDP). Each book is printed and shipped especially for you.

  • Digital Products (PDFs, printables, activity bundles) are delivered immediately by email or direct download after checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically print and ship within 3–7 business days, though times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • Orders ship directly from our print partners. Delivery times depend on carrier and location.

  • At this time, Dream Pop Lab ships to addresses within the United States only.

  • Unless stated otherwise in a special promotion, free shipping is not included.

  • Limited-time free-shipping or educator promotions may be offered periodically.

4. Discounts, Coupons & Bulk Orders

  • Dream Pop Lab occasionally offers percentage-off coupons, event codes, or educator discounts.

  • Only one discount or coupon may apply per order.

  • Automatic bulk discounts may appear for qualifying quantities (e.g., 6 or more books).

  • In the event both a coupon and a bulk discount are available, the system will apply the better discount.

  • Educator and wholesale pricing for 14+ books is available by direct inquiry at support@dreampoplab.com.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our books are printed on demand, all sales are final.
We accept replacements only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
To request a replacement, email support@dreampoplab.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

6. Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital files are non-refundable.
Digital files are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or altered for resale.

7. Donations & Community Giving

Occasionally, Dream Pop Lab offers donation-based products (e.g., “Donate a Book”).
Funds from these items support book donations to schools, shelters, and community programs.
Donations are non-refundable and not tax-deductible, as Dream Pop Lab operates as a for-profit company.

8. Payments & Security

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.
Dream Pop Lab does not store or have access to your full payment information.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, characters, and written content are © Dream Pop Lab / Red Kettle Ink LLC.
No part of our products or website may be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without written permission.
